The Residents Corner

A Strong Showing

This month’s Resident Council meeting was a standout, with 75 residents in attendance — a wonderful show of support and community spirit. Your participation is what keeps the Council strong and effective!

Honoring Our Veterans

We were deeply moved by the Veterans program presented by Ginger, with beautiful readings from Martha St. John and Linda K. It was a heartfelt tribute to the many veterans who call Northaven home.

Welcoming New Neighbors

If you’ve recently met a new resident, please encourage them to join us at upcoming meetings and read the monthly newsletter. It’s the best way to stay informed and connected.

Stay Engaged

Northaven continues to offer a wide variety of programs — from wellness and educational opportunities to volunteer activities and social gatherings. There’s something for everyone, and each offering helps strengthen our sense of community.

Music to Close the Meeting

The RagTag Singers, led by Martha St. John, brought joy and laughter with their lively performance. We look forward to their holiday caroling in December — always a highlight of the season!

Election in December

Election of the 2026 Resident Council officers will take place at our December meeting. Please join us — your vote helps shape the future of our community.

 A Note from Marian

Marian, completing her two-year term as Co-President, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to serve. While stepping down from leadership, she looks forward to staying active wherever she’s needed.

Staff Appreciation Fund Drive

Our annual Staff Appreciation Fund Drive begins soon. This is a meaningful way to thank the team who works so hard to support and enrich daily life at Northaven. Please give as generously as you’re able.
