Fall Vaccine Clinic at Northaven: October 20, 2026
Mercury Pharmacy will offer flu and COVID (Moderna mNexspike) vaccines on Tuesday, October 20, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. in the Harbor Room. RSV vaccines will not be offered. A signup sheet is available on the counter. Please indicate whether you would like flu (F), COVID (C), or both.
You must complete the form located below the signup sheet and return it to Ginger or the Front Desk so they can confirm that it is filled out completely. The pharmacy will process your paperwork and return it to you on the day of the clinic to hand to the pharmacist, who will complete your vaccination record.
Please sign up only if you intend to receive your selected vaccines. The pharmacy will bring the exact number of ready-to-use doses needed, and we want to avoid wasting any.
If you receive either vaccine before October 20, please tell Ginger immediately so we can open up the space for someone else. Thank you for your help!
