Donate an Auction Item and Help Northaven Bloom

Northaven’s 2026 Hearts of Northaven Gala is more than a beautiful evening out. It is a meaningful opportunity to support a caring, vibrant community where our seniors can live with dignity, community, and confidence. This year’s gala, An Evening in Full Bloom, will take place on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, bringing supporters together for a garden party–inspired evening of generosity, celebration, and impact.

One of the most meaningful ways to support the event is by donating an item or experience for the auction. The strongest auction donations are often the ones that feel memorable and exciting — travel packages, weekend getaways, hotel stays, airline miles, tickets to sporting events, concert or theater tickets, wine experiences, spa packages, private dinners, and other one-of-a-kind experiences. These kinds of items help create energy in the room, inspire generous bidding, and make a lasting impact.

Procurement can take a little work, but it is absolutely worth it. A great place to start is with the people and businesses you already know. Call your favorite restaurant, hotel, salon, winery, or local shop. Reach out to friends, clients, colleagues, and community contacts. Ask if they would be willing to donate tickets, a gift certificate, a service, or a special experience. Many businesses are happy to support a cause like Northaven, especially when they know their donation will help strengthen a nonprofit community that means so much to so many.

The truth is that procurement often starts with simply asking. One phone call, one email, or one conversation can lead to a wonderful donation. Whether it is a sports package, a vacation stay, a dining experience, or something truly unique, every item helps Northaven continue providing the services, programming, and sense of community that residents deserve.
